Food Resolutions


I resolve to:

find out my body fat index; if I am overweight, I resolve to make modest but honest changes in my behavior to change my body fat index to be in the "normal" range for my age and height.

learn about community supported agriculture (CSA's) in my area; if a CSA is available, I resolve to join it.
